Who we are

ivee is building the platform that helps everyone actually adopt AI, the layer between powerful models and the people who need to use them. Consulting and upskilling services sit on top, so teams get the tech and the hands-on support to make it stick.

Our north star is simple: no-one should get left behind as AI changes the way we work.

Our clients include Lucky Saint, Red Bull, and Deliveroo. We've been named the UK Government's primary AI upskilling events partner and have trained over 1,000 teams. We recently closed a $1M seed round backed by Steven Bartlett and partners at Microsoft AI, Balderton Capital, and Dawn Capital.

We move fast, operate with high ownership, and are led by co-founders Amelia Miller (Cambridge Fellow) and Lydia Miller (ex-Deloitte Ventures), both recently named Forbes 30 Under 30. We're building the infrastructure for how a billion people learn to work with AI, we're at the start and growing fast.

This is your opportunity to join us.

Why join now

  • Real ownership: you'll make decisions that shape how ivee teaches AI, not just deliver someone else's slides.
  • Founder access: you'll work side by side with our co-founders and see how a scaling company runs from the inside.
  • A say in the product, if you want it: help shape what we build and why.
  • Room to grow: we promote based on output and delivery, not tenure.
  • A team worth showing up for: sharp people who don't take life too seriously.

The role

You'll run ivee's training programmes: taking participants from "I don't really use AI" to genuinely capable, confident, and building with it. You'll host sessions, shape content, and move fast to respond to what's working and what's not. When a topic gets hot, you'll have a programme ready. When something isn't landing, you'll cut it.

A big part of the role is delivering our in-person enterprise trainings. Our clients span a really broad range of industries, with financial services a big one. One day you're running a strategy session with a room of C-suites; the next you're with a medium-sized accountancy firm that has never used AI before. Wherever you are, you represent ivee - people should feel like it could be Amelia or Lydia presenting in front of them.

You'll work with us on short courses, one-off sessions, longer-term delivery projects, and in-person strategy days. You'll need real depth - in AI tools, in how people learn, and in what organisations actually need from AI right now.

Our mission is to teach AI to as many people as possible. That means we understand that all of these skills and tools can be taught. As a result, what matters above your technical ability is your content delivery. That's the bit we can't teach.

To be clear: this isn't an AI engineering role. It's part AI expert, part facilitator, part consultant. You'll work closely with Emmy, our AI Delivery Lead.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver ivee's training programmes - the Core AI Programme, Claude Cowork Programme, and more - to both individuals and enterprise clients (we currently run both Claude and Copilot trainings)
  • Facilitate in-person enterprise trainings and run strategy days with C-suite leaders
  • Manage programme administration: registrations, feedback, follow-up emails and content iteration
  • Build new training programmes and one-off sessions from scratch, based on what's in demand, what participants are asking for, and what's emerging in the AI landscape
  • Create recorded educational content in collaboration with our Social Media Manager, Abbie
  • Be ruthless about what's not working: if a programme isn't resonating, flag it and help kill it fast

Must have

  • A track record of facilitating live workshops, training sessions or talks, in person and online, where people left fired up (feedback scores or testimonials are a plus)
  • Experience presenting to senior audiences (directors or C-suite) as well as to non-technical teams who are new to AI
  • Teaching, training or coaching experience you can point to, such as courses you've designed, cohorts you've run or people you've coached (formal or informal, accredited or self-built)
  • On-camera experience, such as recorded videos, webinars, or YouTube, LinkedIn or TikTok content: human energy, not corporate polish
  • You've designed training content end to end (session plans, slide decks, exercises and follow-up materials) without waiting for a brief
  • Examples of turning a new AI release into a session, post or guide within days
  • A background in tech (e.g. product, solutions, data or engineering) and a deep understanding of how AI tools work and where they fall short
  • Daily hands-on use of a range of AI tools, both generative (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) and agentic (e.g. Claude Cowork, Claude Code)

Nice to have

  • Experience building automations with no-code tools such as Zapier, Make or n8n
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot enterprise licences, e.g. rolling it out or training teams to use it
  • Client-facing experience in consulting, solutions or account management, and comfortable turning a strategy day into further work

Our benefits

  • Equity
  • Regular team socials
  • Dog friendly co-working space with barista and gym
  • Pension scheme
  • 25 days annual leave + UK bank holidays
  • Your birthday off
  • Working from abroad allowance (starting at 1 week per year)
  • Unlimited AI credit allowance and AI tool experimentation

If you match around 70% of the things listed above, we'd still love to hear from you. We're far more interested in finding someone with a great mindset and a genuine willingness to learn than someone who already has every one of these skills.
